The Copilot Success Planner is now available to help partners guide customers through their 25-user, 30-day Microsoft 365 Copilot Business trial. Each trial user receives a personalized learning plan, and the company sponsor receives an admin roadmap to support rollout and prepare for the Day 30 conversion conversation.

How the Copilot Success Planner works

A successful Copilot trial begins with clear guidance on how to get started and then build Copilot capabilities into everyday work. The Success Planner supports this goal by taking customer input and turning it into a personalized plan for the entire trial team.

The company sponsor completes a short, guided questionnaire about the organization's industry, priorities, and ways of working, and the planner uses those inputs to generate a personalized four-week learning plan for each user which includes:

Outlook in Week 1
Teams/meetings in Week 2
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Week 3
Agents in Week 4

If the sponsor enables Copilot Cowork, the plan will also include Cowork prompts in Weeks 3 and 4.

Every guided action identifies the app to use, provides a recommended prompt they can copy, and links to a relevant Microsoft support article.

For partners, the planner provides a clear structure for the four weeks between trial kickoff and the conversion conversation, giving customers a guided experience while helping partners maintain consistent touchpoints.

The Copilot Success Planner is available at no cost and requires no sign-in, so it can be shared with a customer before the trial is transacted.
